WEST HAVEN CITY 2019 ELECTION NOTICE
MUNICIPAL OFFICE TO BE VOTED ON & DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY PERIODIn accordance with UCA 10-3-301 notice is herby given that the following City positions are to be voted upon in the West Haven City 2019 Municipal Election:
- Council Member (3 Seats Available)
Any eligible resident wishing to become a candidate for any of the above listed offices must file a Declaration of Candidacy form in person with the City Recorder during the candidate filing period, which begins June 3, 2019 and ends June7, 2019The City Recorder office is located at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, UT 84401. Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The qualifications to be a candidate are (10-3-301: 20A-9-203):
- Be a United State Citizen
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of West Haven City or a resident of a recently annexed area for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
- Be a registered voter of West Haven City
- Not be a convicted felon
Municipal Election Deadlines
June 3-7, filing period, Candidates must file with the City Recorder.

Where do I vote?
The City has opted to go with the vote by mail election; you will start receiving ballots in the mail 30 days prior to the election. You will still have the option of voting at City Hall on Election Day.
